Our banquet room holds up to 60 people and is perfect for casual get togethers, wedding rehearsal dinners, family reunions, work gatherings, holiday parties, university events, etc. Below you can find the guidelines and rules we have for booking your events with us.
  • in order to ensure your complete satisfaction with our banquet service, please read over the information and any FAQs that pertain to your event. 
  • Once a request for a banquet event has been received it may take up to two days for a response due to a high volume of requests. If you are trying to plan a last minute get-together, 
  • Please email Backcountryinfo@gmail.com for parties of 20 people or more. It will ensure that your reservation will be taken care of ASAP.
  • please call the restaurant at 303.449.4285 and ask to speak with the manager on duty. Please note that the best times to call are either between 11-5 pm or 8-10 pm. 
General Overview
  • Book a NON-PRIVATE event for 15-25 people
Since our banquet room holds up to 60 people, having a non-private event means that while you will be set up in your own area, there may be another large group that is sat in our banquet room at the same time. This also means that we will be seating our patio that is directly adjacent to the banquet room. If you book a non-private event, you will not have to pay any room fees or deposits. Please keep in mind that if you are planning on making any sort of presentation or having a speaker, we prefer for you to make a private event as to allow other unrelated groups to fully enjoy themselves. 
It is highly recommended that you make a pre-order with us when you have a party of 20 or more people. When you make a pre-order we can ensure that you will receive the most quality and timely service. The Banquet Menu and Sandwich Bar options below is where you can find the food options when making a pre-order with us. The Banquet Menu is a condensed version of our regular menu that includes our appetizers, salads and pizzas. For large groups, we cannot accommodate individual orders of entrees, sandwiches, burgers and the like. We also provide a party sized salad that is served buffet style for 28$.
  • Book a PRIVATE event for 15-25 people (Sunday through Thursday)
 If you would like to rent our whole banquet room for any day from Sunday through Thursday, we require a non-refundable room fee payment of $150, which should be made no later than 5 days before your event. This room rental will also include our patio, which is directly adjacent to our banquet room. It is highly recommended that you make a pre-order with us when you have a party of 20 or more people. When you make a pre-order we can ensure that you will receive the most quality and timely service.  If you would like to rent our whole banquet room for Friday and Saturday, we require a non-refundable room fee payment of $300, which should be made no later than 5 days before your event. This room rental will also include our patio, which is directly adjacent to our banquet room. It is highly recommended that you make a pre-order with us when you have a party of 20 or more people. When you make a pre-order we can ensure that you will receive the most quality and timely service. Without a pre-order you run the risk of us not being able to provide you with the top service we can give you. You will also be prioritized with our walk in customers which means food may come out sporadically and not all once. Since we are not able to accommodate large groups with individual food orders of entrees, sandwiches, burgers and the like, your group will be provided a condensed "Banquet Menu". This will include our appetizers, salads, and pizzas. We also provide a party sized salad that is served buffet style for 28$.

  • Book a PRIVATE event for 30 or more people
 If you would like to rent our whole banquet room for larger parties, we require a non-refundable room fee payment of $300, which should be made no later than 5 days before your event. This room rental will also include our patio, which is directly adjacent to our banquet room. For parties with 30 or more people we highly suggest that you make a pre-order. A pre order allows our kitchen to be prepared and allows us to provide your party with the most quality of service. Without a pre-order you run the risk of us not being able to provide you with the top service we can give you. You will also be prioritized with our walk in customers which means food may come out sporadically and not all once. Since we are not able to accommodate large groups with individual food orders of entrees, sandwiches, burgers and the like, your group will be provided a condensed "Banquet Menu". This will include our appetizers, salads, and pizzas. We also provide a party sized salad that is served buffet style for $28. In the next category you can read what we do for maximum sized parties.
  • Specifics for larger parties 45-60 people
The same rules and suggestions stated above will apply to maximum sized parties as well. The only difference is that instead of  a $300 room fee you will be charged a $150 non-refundable deposit. This is a holding fee. Your deposit will then go towards your bill at the end of the night. If you must cancel it must be 3 days before your scheduled event. If it is less than three days you will be charged the $150.
  • Specifics for parties over 60
We are able to take parties over 60 and we encourage you to book your events with us. Since we have an abundance of space we have no problem doing that. Different variables will be factored in accordingly. We have to consider the time of year, day of the week, amount of space needed, and the time you would want the party to be held.  The usual room fee/deposit will be based on all of these other variables. This means it is subject to change. Also, we may set a minimum of money that needs to be spent for you to take other parts of restaurant. Any member of the managing staff will be happy to meet with you and discuss all these things so your event goes off without a hitch!

An example of what we mean in the above paragraph would be if a person wanted to schedule an event on a Monday. We have our trivia nights on Monday and have the dining area reserved for trivia tables. Most of the time it tends to fill up the whole dining area. For tables who are not interested in trivia we have an open seating bar area and have our usual dining room seating moved into our banquet room. If someone wanted to schedule their event with us on Monday in our banquet room during our trivia hours we might have to go over a different amount for the deposit/room fee or set a minimum of money they need to spend. This is because usual business we could easily accommodate in our designated dining area (banquet room) may have to wait to be seated or may take their business somewhere else. We hate turning away business so we have to ensure that our space is worth the business that we could potentially have to turn away.

  • $12 per person
  • We will help you decide on the style of pizza and if you would like to have waves of pizza at different times
  • Since it is buffet style you are allowed to order after the initial order as well. It will not be added to your bill hence "Buffet Style"
Just Appetizers Buffet:
  • $10 per person
  • Pick 5 appetizers off our banquet menu
  • (House Made Potato Chips, Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Mac n Cheese Wedges, French Fries, Hummus Plate, Waffle Fries, Fried Calamari, Onion Rings, Damn Good Wings)
  • Same with the pizza you can order more food if necessary 
        Pizza & Apps:
        • $15 per person
        • Pick 4 appetizers off our banquet menu
        • (House Made Potato Chips, Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Mac n Cheese Wedges, French Fries, Hummus Plate, Waffle Fries, Fried Calamari, Onion Rings, Damn Good Wings)
        • We can help you decide on timing for each part so people can start with appetizers and then have pizza
        • We can also have everything out at once if that is what you would prefer
        Pizza & Salad:
        • $14 per person
        • Will work the same way as a pizza buffet
        • We will have the salad set up in a giant bowl and it will be self serve
        • Dressings include: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Italian Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette, & Red wine Vinaigrette (Pick 3)
        Pizza, Appetizers, & Salads:
        • $16 per person
        • Salad will be set up in giant bowl and it will be self serve
        • Dressings include: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Italian Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette, & Red Wine Vinaigrette (Pick 3)
        • Pick 3 appetizers off our banquet menu
        • (House Made Potato Chips, Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Mac n Cheese Wedges, French Fries, Hummus Plate, Waffle Fries, Fried Calamari, Onion Rings, Damn Good Wings)
        • We can coordinate it to come up however you'd like
        • We can also coordinate that all food is served at the same time if that is what you prefer
